Oil, water, hot tyres. Bare concrete is porous, so what lands on it soaks in and stays there.

So the first thing we do is take the top off it.

Everything good about a floor happens before the colour goes down.

Grind

Diamond grinders take the surface off the slab and open the concrete up. This is the part that decides everything after it.

Coat

Resin goes down into a clean, open slab, so it keys into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it.

Flake

Vinyl flake is broadcast by hand into the wet coat, edge to edge, until the whole floor is covered.

Throw some in

Gloss

A clear topcoat locks the flake in and brings the shine up. That is the floor you end up walking on.
